Terms of Service

By using SpinProduct (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. Contact: support@spinproduct.com.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18.
2. The Service
SpinProduct turns a photo or cropped screenshot of an object into an AI-generated 3D render, with materials, animations, and export in all formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF, MP4), subject to your credit balance.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for your login and everything done under your account, and for keeping your details accurate.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to your photos and renders, including commercial use. By uploading, you confirm you own or have permission to use the image, and you grant us a limited licence to process it only to create your render.
5. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for what you upload and how you use your renders, including any platform’s rules. Don’t upload unlawful content, others’ branded or copyrighted material without rights, or anyone’s image without consent.
6. AI output
Renders are AI-generated and provided “as is,” with no warranty of accuracy, quality, non-infringement, or results. Review them before you use them.
7. Acceptable use
No illegal use, abuse, scraping, bots, reselling the Service, or trying to break into it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Credits, plans, and payment
A logged-in account gets 1 free render every 24 hours (all formats). Paid plans add monthly render credits: a Monthly plan and a 6-month plan (billed once for six months). Plan credits reset each month and don’t carry over; one-time top-up credits never expire. All export formats are included for everyone — credits are the only limit. Plans renew automatically until cancelled in settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. See the Refund Policy.
9. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claim arising from your uploads, your renders, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that can’t lawfully be excluded.
11. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms; you can delete yours anytime.
12. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
13. Governing law
The laws of the jurisdiction in which SpinProduct operates apply, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
