SpinProduct (“we”) keeps data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service. Contact: support@spinproduct.com.

1. What we collect

Only your account details (email, password hash, optional display name), your Plan and Credit balance, and a count of daily site visitors. Payments go through Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

2. Your images and renders

Your photo is sent to our render provider only to generate your 3D render. We do not use your images or renders to train any AI model, and we do not sell them or share them for any other purpose.

3. What we don’t do

We do not sell or rent your data, run advertising trackers, or profile you across other sites.

4. Providers

We use a few processors to run the Service (hosting/database, 3D render generation, payments, email). They may not use your data for their own purposes.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you upload; if it shows another person, you confirm you have the right to use it.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account deletion, except records we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, or delete your account, in settings or via support@spinproduct.com.

8. Cookies

Only cookies needed to sign you in and prevent abuse. No advertising cookies.

9. Children

Not for anyone under 18.

Updates are posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
