Privacy Policy

SpinProduct (“we”) keeps data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service. We do collect and store some data — this policy sets out exactly what. Contact: support@spinproduct.com.

1. What we collect

Your account details (email, password hash, optional display name), your Plan and Credit balance, and a record of each generation you run (such as time, status and credits used). We also store a device identifier on your device to prevent abuse of the free render, and we process IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention, retained only for a limited period. Payments go through Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

2. Your images and renders

Your photo is transmitted to a specialised generation processor, under a written data-processing agreement, solely to build your 3D render. It is deleted from our systems as soon as the render is built. The resulting render file is stored on our servers temporarily, only long enough to deliver it to you, and is deleted automatically within 24 hours. Nothing is kept after that. We do not use your images or renders to train any AI model, we do not sell them, and we never use them for advertising.

3. What we don’t do

We do not sell or rent your data, run advertising trackers, or profile you across other sites.

4. Providers

We use a few processors to run the Service (hosting/database, 3D render generation, payments, email). They act on our instructions under written agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you upload; if it shows another person, you confirm you have the right to use it.

6. Retention

Render files are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Uploaded photos are deleted as soon as the render is built. IP addresses used for rate limiting and abuse prevention are kept only for a short period. We keep account data and generation records while your account is active and delete them within 30 days of account deletion, except records we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, or delete your account, in settings or via support@spinproduct.com.

8. Cookies and device storage

Only storage strictly necessary to run the Service: signing you in, preventing abuse of the free render, and recovering your render if the tab reloads. No advertising cookies, no analytics trackers.

9. Children

Not for anyone under 18.

Updates are posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
