1. Digital goods
Credits and renders are digital and delivered instantly. By buying and taking immediate access, you agree your purchase begins right away and is non-refundable once your Credits are made available.
2. Outcome
Consumed Credits aren’t refundable, including for failed or unsatisfying renders. If a render fails for a technical reason on our side, the Credit is returned to your balance automatically.
3. Plans
The Monthly and 6-month plans renew automatically until cancelled in settings. You can cancel anytime; access and remaining plan credits last until the end of the current paid period, with no partial refund. Monthly plan credits don’t carry over.
4. Top-ups
One-time top-up Credits don’t expire and aren’t refundable.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may suspend your account pending review.
6. Errors
We fix duplicate or clearly wrong charges on request, and nothing here removes rights that can’t lawfully be waived.
